Studio Setup
The Photo Fabulous You studio setup includes a single-colored background, professional studio lighting with the camera tethered to a laptop in order to view the live captured images on a bigger screen. This setting works best if you are trying to create the same look across multiple office locations. Please allow approx. 45 min at the beginning and end of the session for the studio setup and breakdown.

Pre-Session Style Tip Sheet
Photo Fabulous You will send you a “Style Tip Sheet” for both men and women to handout to session participants prior to the photo session date. It will help them prepare their outfit, hair, makeup, eyewear and accessories. Photo Fabulous You will also review the overall look of each person prior to them stepping in front of the camera and make adjustments as needed to ensure a professional appearance.

Session Time & Photo Selection
During the photo shoot, Photo Fabulous You will review different poses and expressions with each person, producing about 15-20 images. After the first few images have been taken the person gets to review the images, giving them the chance to express and correct what they might like or not like about the images taken so far, e.g. their smile or body language. In the end the person gets to choose their favorite image with the feedback from our Photo Fabulous You photographer. A session might take anywhere from 5-10 minutes per person.


GENERAL

C19 Safety Standards
Creating a safe environment for our clients and staff is most important to us. Should you have any special requests or concerns please let us know. If you don’t feel well on the day of your scheduled photo shoot please let us know right away.

Retouching
Photo Fabulous You prides themselves in their retouching process where skin tones will be optimized and minor imperfections minimized to ensure an overall professional appearance. This process is very skilled with a focus on business portraits.

Photo Delivery
Selected images will be delivered via email or online download. Our standard delivery time is ten (10) business days following your photo selection. If you would like to upgrade the delivery we do offer a 48h turnaround service for $50.00.

Expenses
Expenses such as meals, travel, parking, lodging or incidentals are not included in the portrait packages and may apply separately.

Cancelations and Postponement
We have a (24) hour cancellation policy. If notice of cancellation or postponement of a session is given less than (24) hours before the session date, you will be responsible for 50% payment of the session fee or find another person to take your place. No shows will be charged the full session fee.

Re-Take
Clients requesting a re-take photo session will be charged 75% of their original session fee per re-take session. Same session, image selection, retouching and delivery regulations apply as listed in your original session package.

Usage Rights
Client shall have unlimited personal use of purchased images only.

Portfolio and Promotional Usage
Photo Fabulous You and their associates may display photographs from these sessions as examples of work in portfolios and promotional pieces, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment
Accepted forms of payment are cash, Zelle, Venmo (@PhotoFab), credit card, Apple Pay or checks. Checks should be made out to “Photo Fabulous You”. A 4% processing fee applies to payments made by credit card. For Zelle payments use our phone number 508.873.6387.
